Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
We strive to process and ship all orders the next business day with in stock products, excluding weekends and holiday days.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
Shipping Options and Costs:
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199.00CAD before taxes. Some products are exempt from free shipping, and will be noted on the product page.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping available from Purolator. Shipping costs calculated upon check out.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your products faster, an expedition charge will apply. Please note that we cannot ship expedited to P.O. Boxes and some rural addresses.
Shipping Costs for Remote Areas: For orders to remote or rural addresses, additional shipping fees may apply, and these will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that Purolator cannot be used to deliver to a P.O. Box and may cause a delay in delivery times.
Shipping Limitations: Some items will require special freight quotes. These items will have shipping notes on their product pages.
Shipping Notes: Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holiday Days.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly on the couriers website.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48hours of receiving the order, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Potential Service Interruptions:
We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may cause delays.

Return Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason (we get it, life happens sometimes) we are here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for exchange or a refund to the original payment method. However, some exceptions do apply.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in original, undamaged and unopened packaging.
Return Exceptions:
- Food products / smoker pellets are not returnable due to sanitary/hygienic reasons.
- All electronics are final sale due to the sensitive nature of these products. (Specific items are noted on the product pages)
- Any products that have been installed or show signs of use will not be returnable. (This does not apply to warranty items, please see Warranty Policy below).
- Opened containers of chemicals cannot be returned.
- Custom ordered items and Sale items are considered final sale.
- Freight is non-refundable.
- All returns must be shipped back prepaid or freight charges will be deducted from refund.

Damages or Shipment Missing in Transit:
As hard as we try to make sure you revive your order in fantastic conditions, sometimes things happen during shipping.
If you have received your order and it is damaged: Please let us know right away (within 48 hours of receiving your order) so we can file a claim with the courier and send out a replacement order as soon as possible to get you taken care of. Just fire us an email letting us know your order number and photos of the damaged shipment (both the shipping box and internal contents) to help@funnsun.ca.
If your order does not show up or shows a problem on tracking:
While we do provide tracking numbers with our shipments to help you determine delivery status of your order, some rare times packages get lost in transit. Please let us know and we will do what we can to find/resend your order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered unattended.
Commonly Asked Questions:
How long until I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-7 days for items to be returned to our location. Once inspected we will process a credit to your original payment method. As per Square, “Square typically takes 2-7 business days to process a refund.”

Warranty Policy
Here at Fun N Sun Recreation Ltd. We abide by manufacturer warranty policies that can vary from product to product and manufacturer to manufacturer.
We do our best to list warranty information on each product. If you have any questions or require any clarification, please reach out to us and we will happily assist in any way we can.
What to do if you think you have a warranty claim:
- Reach out to us at help@funnsun.ca. Please provide your Name, Order Number, and a description of what is, or possibly what is not happening.
- A representative will try to respond within 48hours (weekends and holidays excluded) to start the warranty process and follow up with any additional information required.
- You can also visit us in person or by phone if that is more convenient.
